I got some really great practical advice in areas that I would have concerns in. One of my areas would be money, I think it is for a lot of people, worrying that you're not going to be able to afford the bills or be able to do this or that. She gave me some really great practical ways of working through my money mindset. It really made me challenge how I was thinking about things and stopped me limiting myself. So we have put some amazing plans into place".
