Autumn Equinox Day Retreat

The Autumn Equinox is a beautiful invitation to pause and rebalance.

As day and night reach a point of balance, we'll explore where your own life may need more balance, what is taking your energy and what you might be ready to simplify or release.

Expect a nourishing mix of meditation, journaling, reflection and seasonal practices to help you move into autumn feeling more grounded and intentional.
