First Harvest Approaching Day Retreat

As we approach the first harvest of the year, take time to pause and recognise what you've already grown, created and achieved.

This seasonal day is an invitation to slow down, practise gratitude, celebrate progress and consider what you want to carry forward.

A gentle blend of reflection, meditation, journaling and seasonal connection — with no need to be constantly striving for the next thing.
