Spring Equinox Day Retreat

Celebrate the arrival of spring and the balance of the Spring Equinox with a day dedicated to awakening, new beginnings and possibility.

Through meditation, journaling, gentle reflection and seasonal activities, you'll have space to reconnect with yourself, consider what is beginning to stir in your life and decide what you'd like to nurture as you move into the brighter months.
