About the event
As the year draws to a close and we approach the longest night, this is an invitation to slow down, breathe and rest.
Rather than rushing into resolutions and plans for the year ahead, we'll pause to honour the year that has passed, reflect on what matters and make space for stillness, renewal and the returning light.
A gentle, nourishing way to close the year and reconnect with yourself.
