Garden Retreat

Service Description

Available for 1 to 1s or for groups of up to 4. Come visit the relaxing retreat garden space, set in the countyside, close to Killinchy. Previous vistors have commented that it is: "Just Magical!", "So calming",  "A little pocket of Heaven", "An instant shoulder dropper" When you arrive you will be welcomed and shown to our little cosy hideaway space, where we can be warm in safe, no matter the weather. You will then begin with a grounding walking meditation, on what has been described as "magical grass" (barefoot is totally welcomed, and encouraged!). Once you are feeling fully grounded you will be expertly guided, by Andrea, through your choice of treatment - Meditation, EFT or Matrix Reimprinting, or a hybrid mix of these (we will discuss this via a zoom call prior to your visit to ensure the experience is fully tailored to meet your needs.) This will be followed by some quite time, for journaling, private reflections or spending some time among nature. During this time you will be served some light refreshments, sweet treats and a range of herbal teas, specially chosen to compliment your retreat experience. At the end of your experience there will be an opportunity to chat about your experience, and Andrea will suggest supports or resources you can take with you to extend the benefits of the session into the days and weeks ahead.
