Staying Well Through Winter

A 4-week journey to help you feel more supported, grounded and well this winter.

What if this winter didn’t have to be something you simply got through?

The darker mornings. The colder days. Less daylight. More time indoors. Christmas pressures. Busy schedules. The temptation to hibernate until spring…

Winter can be beautiful, but it can also ask a lot of us.

And while we can't control the weather, the season, or everything life throws our way, we can learn how to support ourselves through it.

Staying Well Through Winter is a warm, welcoming 4-week programme designed to help you pause, reconnect with yourself and build your own practical toolkit for looking after your wellbeing through the winter months.

And yes… there'll be a warm cup of cacao too. ☕️

Four weeks to pause, reflect and prepare

This isn't about adding another long list of things you should be doing.

It's about discovering what you actually need, and finding simple, realistic ways to support yourself when life feels busy, overwhelming or just a bit much.

Across the four weeks, we'll explore:

Relaxed Writing Moment

Week 1
What does “well” actually look like for me?

Before we can look after ourselves, it helps to understand what we're actually looking for.

We'll explore what wellbeing means to you, what helps you feel like yourself, and the signs that tell you when you're starting to run low.

You'll begin to create a clearer picture of your own needs, patterns and early warning signs.

Week 2Understanding what you need

We all have different things that help us feel grounded, energised and connected.

We'll explore the different areas of wellbeing — from rest and movement to connection, boundaries, nature, emotions and the things that bring you joy.

You'll start identifying the things that genuinely nourish you, rather than simply following someone else's idea of self-care.

Week 3
Creating your Winter Wellbeing Toolkit

This is where we start putting it all together.

You'll explore practical tools and techniques that you can actually use in everyday life — including simple ways to regulate, reset, manage overwhelm and protect your energy.

We'll look at the difference between the things you can do when you have plenty of time… and the things that can help when you've only got five or ten minutes.

Because wellbeing has to work in real life.

Week 4 When things feel difficult

Because even with the best intentions, there will be days when things don't go to plan.

We'll look at what happens when you're struggling, how you can recognise when you need extra support, and how to respond to yourself with compassion rather than criticism.

You'll bring everything together to create your own Personal Winter Wellbeing Plan, something practical you can return to throughout the season.

This is your invitation to slow down.

For four Wednesday evenings, you get to step away from the noise and give yourself two hours.

A chance to breathe.

To reflect.

To learn.

To connect.

To have a chat with other people who understand that sometimes life is just… a lot.

There'll be guided meditation, reflection, journaling, practical wellbeing tools, gentle conversation and plenty of space to simply be.

And, of course, a warm cup of cacao to enjoy together.

No pressure to be “positive”.

No expectation that you'll have everything figured out.

No judgement.

Just a warm, supportive space to explore what helps you stay well.

You don't need to wait until you're struggling.

This programme is for you if you:

  • feel like winter tends to affect your mood, energy or motivation

  • find yourself putting everyone else's needs before your own

  • know you should look after yourself but aren't always sure how

  • feel overwhelmed, depleted or stretched thin

  • want practical tools you can use in everyday life

  • would like to become more aware of your own needs and patterns

  • want to enter winter feeling more prepared and supported

  • simply feel ready to give yourself a little more care

  •

You don't need to be experiencing burnout or struggling with your mental health to benefit.

Sometimes the best time to build your toolkit is before you desperately need it.

A little bit of time for you

Staying Well Through Winter takes place over four consecutive Wednesday evenings, allowing each session to build on the one before it.

📅 Wednesday 28th October

📅 Wednesday 4th November

📅 Wednesday 11th November

📅 Wednesday 18th November

⏰ 7–9pm

📍 Sychronicity Wellbeing, Orby Drive, Belfast

£60 for the complete 4-week programme

That's just £15 per two-hour session — including all four sessions and the resources you'll use throughout the programme.

This is a commitment to the full four weeks.

The sessions are designed to build on one another, so places are offered for the complete programme rather than as individual pay-as-you-go sessions.

I know that £60 can still feel like a lot for some people. If the full amount is genuinely difficult for you, please get in touch before booking. I'd much rather have a conversation and see if we can find an arrangement that works than have someone miss out because of money.

Places are limited to keep the group small, supportive and comfortable.

You deserve to feel supported through winter.

You don't have to wait for spring to feel like yourself again.

Let's make this winter a little gentler.

A little warmer.

And a little more intentional.

I'd love to welcome you.
